ALCOVE’s premium, private Pods make your productive mindset a reality at home or away.
Each 4×7′ ALCOVE Pod features workplace gold standard soundproofing up to 30 decibels and is equipped with an adjustable sit-stand desk, an ergonomic leather chair, dimmable lighting, and thoughtful decor. Every Pod includes WiFi, charging ports, and a secondary monitor with a universal adapter. All Pods are designed for one guest.
You’re always welcome to visit our Park Slope location during business hours—we’d be happy to give you a tour. You can also see ALCOVE Pods on display in the common areas of our partner locations.
Our Pods at our partner locations stay open on holidays, and Park Slope operates most days but closes on certain major holidays (e.g., New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). For the latest hours, check Pod availability online or in the app.

Reservations
You can reserve a Pod through the online widget for on-demand reservations (no app or membership required), or by using the ALCOVE app to manage reservations and buy memberships.
Yes. Each Pod at every location includes the same technology, soundproofing, and amenities, but the design varies to reflect the unique history and style of its space.
Standard reservations are $18 per hour at all locations, with special pricing for longer bookings. Memberships and hour packages offer further price reductions.
Your reservation gives you access to a private Pod with Wi-Fi, charging ports, monitors with adapters, a sit-stand desk, an ergonomic chair, dimmable lighting, and thoughtful décor. Park Slope also offers additional items like screen protectors and spare chargers upon request.
If you have a reservation at our Park Slope location, please check in at the front desk when you arrive and a team member will guide you to your Pod.
If your reservation is at one of our hotel partner locations, you will access your Pod using the ALCOVE app. Open the app, tap the three dots in the lower right corner, and select “Unlock Your Pod.” Then follow the prompts in the app to unlock your Pod. If you don’t have access to the app, tap here and enter the email address you used for your reservation to open your pod.

You can cancel or reschedule your reservation up to 4 hours before the start time and receive a credit to use toward a future booking.
Please note that cancellations are issued as an invoice credit, which will not appear in the ALCOVE app. If you’d like confirmation of your credit, simply reply to your cancellation email or reach out to us at hello@reservealcove.com, and our team will be happy to assist.
Changes made within 4 hours of your reservation start time will result in the loss of credits. If something unexpected comes up last minute, please contact the ALCOVE Concierge, and we’ll do our best to help.
You’re welcome to arrive anytime within your reserved window. Please note that the cancellation policy still applies to changes made within 4 hours.
Non-members are charged at time of booking. Members with recurring plans are billed on their plan’s schedule, and members with hour packages are charged when the package is purchased. Usage beyond a membership’s included hours is billed at the standard rate.
Reservations can be as short as 15 minutes, though booking at least an hour is recommended to settle in and focus.
You’re welcome to extend your reservation in the ALCOVE app while your reservation is still active, as long as the Pod is available. If you don’t have the app, just reach out to our Concierge, and they’ll be happy to help. Once a reservation has ended, it cannot be extended–but you can always book a new one.
Allowance credits come from memberships, packages, or promotions. Invoice credits are issued when reservations are canceled within the allowed cancellation period.
You can see remaining allowance credits in the app under “More.” Invoice credits are emailed when available, and our Concierge can assist if you need help finding them.
Yes. ALCOVE Pods can be booked through LiquidSpace, Deskpass, Gable, Upflex, and Desana, though pricing and policies may vary by platform.

ALCOVE guests receive 10% off all purchases at select food and beverage partners, listed on each location’s page.
At our Park Slope location, guests with a Pod reservation are welcome to use the shared space and seating nooks up to 30 minutes before and after their reserved time. For example, if your Pod is booked from 12:00PM to 2:00PM, you may enjoy access to the space from 11:30AM to 2:30PM.
At our hotel partner locations, guests are welcome to enjoy the hotel’s lobby and public amenities before or after their scheduled Pod reservation.
All ALCOVE Pods are single-occupancy, but you are welcome to use this link to refer a guest to ALCOVE and each reserve your own Pod—you’ll both receive credit when you do!
Yes, ALCOVE is available for event bookings, including group bookings / buyouts and after-hours events. Please email us at hello@reservealcove.com to discuss.
All guests must be 18 years or older, and pets are not permitted.
Service dogs individually trained to perform tasks for an individual with a disability are welcome. For more details, please see Section 21 of our Terms of Service.
High-speed Wifi access is included with your Pod reservation. We don’t offer wired internet access at this time.
At ALCOVE Park Slope, there is room for strollers to be brought inside the space (outside your Pod) during your reservation.
At our partner locations, the hotel front desk can accommodate your stroller during your reservation.
Yes, at our Park Slope location, you can lock your bike in the fenced area outside. Please note that we can’t take responsibility for bikes left unattended.
Don’t hesitate to contact our hotel partners to inquire about secure bicycle storage.
We don’t offer these services at this time, but please let us know if you would use this service and we’ll keep you updated!
We do not offer dedicated storage at this time, and request that you take all personal items with you when your reservation ends (even if you have also made a future reservation). This ensures security of your personal items and enables us to thoroughly clean the Pods between reservations.
